Red Shoes

I didn't buy these shoes when I first saw them weeks ago, cos I couldn't decide which one shall I get... I love both of them!! ...And I was going to get a pair of black and a pair of red.

I finally have time to shop this weekend, and these red shoes are half the price of the black ones... And being a cheapskate like myself, I would not pay $45 extra just for the black color in same style! ...(Well, looks like I still have to shop for a black pair of shoes, because I do need a pair of black ones for work.)

Anyway, choosing the colors wasn't the highlight for today at all... and just so you know, my right foot is actually half size bigger than my left foot... So I actually had to try on size 8 and size 8.5 for both styles to see which sizes were more comfortable before I get them...

Due to there's many people in the shop browsing and trying on shoes, and there were only two sales persons... I took the chance without thinking twice (I still don't really know where did I get the courage to do this)... I put a size 8.5 (right) and a size 8 (left) into the boxes...

I have never done this before and I just thought if I get caught by the sales person, I'd just pretend that I placed the wrong size's shoes in the boxes then - no big deal... After all, I'd tried on so many of them and it's quite easy to get all mixed up!? ...

Anyway, I pretended to be cool when I paid for them at the cashier... and they didn't even bother checking if those shoes were both in the same sizes in those boxes...

For once in my life time, I actually get to wear the RIGHT sizes of shoes on both my left and right feet comfortably (without having my left foot always compromising my right foot)!! ...hohoho...

The Things My Ex Said To Me...

Well... Last week my ex in Miri dropped me a message requested for my brother's email... (Why he wants it? ...No idea... I didn't try to find out.) Anyway, I sent an email to get my brother's consent before giving out his email to my ex... but bro didn't reply me regarding that... and we have totally forgotten about that too when we went out during the Easter weekend...

Today, my ex kindly asked for my brother's email again... I told him I have already sent an email to my brother but he hasn't replied... and my ex was surprised that I emailed my brother... So, I told him that it's not an urgent or important matter, hence I emailed my brother instead of calling him straight away? ...and then the below conversation started...

[my ex] says:
How come you have become like this, ooki?
[ m ] says:
...dont understand ur question...
[my ex] says:
never mind....
[ m ] says:
like wat? ...i'm just being direct... hehe... that's the truth as well...
[my ex] says:
when you were with me... and when I had problems in marriage... you tell me you know why my wife feels like that... cos I'm like this and like that right?... well I accept the problem in me... I guess what u felt was wat my wife felt abt my attitude....
[my ex] says:

I know why guys tend to break with you... I noticed it last time... but i never said anything... cos I did love you once...

To me you'll always be that special girl...one i loved... but you can be quite stubborn with your opinion... and kinda hard to understand tat...

Easter Saturday

Such a beautiful day...
I was invited to go out by the warm and cloudless day... =)

I went to Officeworks nearby to get printer ink, yet there's no stock... so I went all the way to High-Point to hunt for my printer inks... Man, they are not cheap... but at least I could now print out the songs I wanna learn... =)

I saw a pair of nice boots!!!!
I saw a pair of pretty red shoes!!!
I saw a beautiful black shoes!!!

I think I need a new pair of shoes now!!! ... =)
And I need more winter clothes too!!! ...
And I want to watch "300" soon...

(Ahhh... I love "Your Song" so much... let's see if I could find the scores and play that!)

Good Friday

Long waited Easter break has finally arrived, yet there wasn't any big plans...

Oh yeah, my car (the old bomb) has finally broken down due to old age... I noticed last week that it was noisier than usual... It sounded exactly like those modified sports car - very loud, yet POWERLESS... hehehe... Oh well, the exhaust pipe sorta broke, hence the noise... Funny how it had chosen to break down at the right time, cos dad has just bought a brand new sedan, and I'm now inherited his previous car... *grin*... Anyway, I had been spending the afternoon cleaning the car and transfer stuff from the old bomb... (So what shall I name this car?? ...Hmm...)

Later in the evening, we dine at Jade Restaurant at Chinatown... Luckily brother made reservations a day earlier because that place was quite full and many walk-in was turned down due to they didn't make reservations earlier... Anyway, the tea was yummy, the food was GREAT... We all felt so content walking out with full big tummy... Ahhhh... This is what we called great food... =)

I started to doodle some stuff on my sketchbook again...
I have also found some piano scores too, but yet to replace the printer ink so that I could print them out... =/

In Love with NANA

Few months ago, I came across this brief intro of an anime called "NANA"... For some reason, I thought to myself that I will like this anime...

Last month, I walked past a shop in Chinatown with a friend (normally I wouldn't care to check out this shop because it looks dodgy?)... But for whatever reason, we walked past that shop that day, and I actually stopped and turned around to check out the DVDs in that shop (for the 1st time)... And just as I was about to finish browsing the last shelf, the movie version (aka live-action) of "NANA" presents itself in front of me... and I bought it... and I watched it... and I love it...

I have now started watching the anime version of "NANA"... Absolutely in love the beautiful drawings and the in-depth emotions of the characters in NANA... It's much better than the movie version of course... and I love all the songs in both Movie and Anime!!! ...

Well, NANA is an anime about friendships, punk rock bands, and romance... Hence there's lotsa nice songs in it... And Black Stone / Blast (Nana's Band) and their rival Trapnest plays beautiful songs in both the Movie and Anime... Couldn't help myself but to share with you all...
